This is a very old detail bag from around the time of WWI.

I bought the same type once before.
This appears to be a very rare indigo dye color.

Plain weave lightweight cotton

No damage such as scratches or fraying.
It is in excellent condition.

WW1-era detail bags
It's strange that it doesn't get much attention.
Now is the perfect time to get one.
