From the 1930s to the 1940s
Work coats, multiple aprons, and hats were found in an old barn.
We bought them when we found them all together.

This one is
The asymmetrically placed pockets are super cool.
All the pockets have sharp, rough cuts.

Many from the 1940s onward are made of herringbone fabric.
This one has a thick, sturdy cotton body and feels quite old-fashioned.
Some of the buttonhole fabrics used a herringbone pattern.

Two-prong laurel wreath buttons
The sleeves have iron snap buttons without cuffs.
The back yoke stitch is lower at the back.
Back twin pleats

The notation is 40R
The actual size is one size smaller than indicated.

There are some light stains.
The fabric is sturdy and in very good condition.

Items with embroidery or patches are also nice.
Simple yet clearly distinguishable details like these
I don't think you'll find one very often.
