There are some stains as the items haven't been washed since purchase.
The leather on the gun holster is in good condition and has not hardened.

In the pocket on the left hem
It had a hand-stitched USAAF charm attached.

The condition is so-so.
This garment still has the stencil on it, so I think it's a great deal.
