I think it's LLD (Late War Lightweight Dence Pattern).
It's made of thin cotton.
The garment has been shortened by approximately 5 cm on each side from the armpits to the hem.
The position of the adjuster has also been changed.
It's only held in place by double stitching.
The stitches can be unpicked to return it to its original size.
Originally, it was a large size, close to X-LARGE.
Currently, it's equivalent to a large-regular size.
