There are seams, but the inside is a connected deep pocket.

The patches randomly placed on the back are from shooting competitions of various years,
and I infer that the pockets were for scorecards and small items.

The fact that it was modified into a V-neck and remains in beautiful condition
is understandable, distinguishing it from biker vests.

The actual size is equivalent to 42-44.
