It has hardly shrunk at all.

Wear and tear is likely to occur around the sleeves, etc.
There are no signs of wear or tear yet.
This is a garment from the late 70s.
It doesn't seem like the vertical decline will be as significant as in the previous period.
Even so, from the large size and concentrated state
I think the fact that it's wearable is a positive point.
We sold a similar item of the same age and size at the same price about two years ago.
I think you'll find it reasonably priced at this time.
