This is a hand-painted art piece.

I don't know the exact year, but
Judging from the motifs and the feel of the paint
I think it's a fairly old work.

It's not made for wearing.
This item is for sale as a decorative item.

However, it's not like I can't wear it.

The painted areas are somewhat rough, however
It's not rigid.
It doesn't crumble or fall off easily.
Even if you bend your arm (it's difficult to bend it)
There are some minor cracks, but it won't peel off.
Also, the buttons are difficult to open and close.

If you put it on by putting your arms through the sleeves and draping it over your shoulders...
