This is a neck warmer that can be worn over jackets, sweaters, and other garments.

This old design is fantastic.

I think this is a very useful item for fishing and camping, and it can also improve the look of plain everyday clothes.

It would also be useful as a windbreak for cycling to work, and seems like it would be useful in a variety of situations.

It's unisex, and although the country of origin isn't specified, I think it's made in the USA.

The ribbed fabric has just the right amount of stretch and is quite loose, so I don't think you'll have to worry about it being too tight.

Since the size might be difficult to understand, I've prepared an image of it being worn with a knit sweater. Please use it as a reference.

Incidentally, it can be worn facing either forward or backward.
