It's made of a cotton flannel-like fabric with a brushed finish, similar to chamois cloth, which results in some pilling.
The actual size is approximately a relaxed medium for both the top and bottom. The pants have an elastic waistband that allows for one size adjustment.
I think it's a lovely print that's very American.
