This mail bag was apparently used for the "Wee Deliver" in-school postal program run by USPS.

An educational program where students learn about the postal system by writing letters, sorting, and delivering mail within the school.

Simple structure with no flap.

The strap is adjustable.

When set to its longest, as shown in the image,
it measures approximately 95cm.

This length allows an average-sized adult to wear it
crossbody at a shorter length.

I think it's a compact size that's perfect for daily use.
