I'm pretty sure it's made by JC Penney.
Perhaps something like Lunchcraft or Towncraft?
Following the Lee we previously sold,
I can't find any black ones, regardless of their condition.
The stitching is double-stitched.
I think the fabric is C50 x P50, like PENN-PREST.
Black is definitely good.
