It's probably an Alfa Romeo from the 1980s.
It is a product sold to the general public.
I finally found this one too.
I've found it before,
It was in such a dilapidated state that I hesitated to sell it, so I'm really glad I'm finally able to do so now.

The zipper is made of brass by SCOVILL.
The snap is from SCOVILL MFG CO.

It came with a liner from the 1975 fiscal year government-issued equipment.
Since this was added later, please consider it a bonus.
However, thanks to that, the liner and size match.
Based on the actual size, the measurements are probably in MR (Master Size).

It's a product that looks like it was made by scraping together leftover fabric.
Even within brown leaf, there are several varieties depending on the shade of color.
Including whether or not there is any staining in the lining.
This is also an asymmetrical mixed leaf arrangement.
The hood is also two-toned.

You won't find anything like this even if you search around.
