Cotton bag

This is a very old detail bag from around the time of WWI.

I purchased this along with the bag that I recently sold.

Firm and coarse cotton
With US flag patch

The holes for the laces are hand-stitched.

When the drawstring is closed
The faded look has a great atmosphere.

This bag is nearly 100 years old.
The fabric is sturdy.
It is in a condition where it can be actually used.

Compared to detail bags such as HBT from WW2
I think it's a collectible that's not widely available.

There are many different types available, including those in different colors, shapes, and fabrics.
I think it would be a good idea to start collecting them now.

The cotton is in good condition with the strings still securely in place.
