I think it's been worn from a non-washed state to this condition.

The dramatic fading on one side is a feast for the eyes just to look at.

It has been repaired and cleaned and is currently in very good condition.

After purchasing the denim, I washed it once, which made it feel thicker and more substantial.

The leather patch is soft and supple, and the lettering is still faintly legible.

Any damage caused by wear has been carefully repaired.

Two rivets and the small button at the bottom of the button fly were missing, so I repaired them with original parts from the same era. There is absolutely no sense of incongruity. For the back of the small button, I used a current iron part for strength reasons.

The size indication is probably
W35, L is hard to read but I think it's 32.

These jeans have a tight fit and a sample fade that shows how they would look if worn from a raw, unwashed state.

CONDITION

The right knee and crotch have been repaired with rivet replacements, and only the bottom button of the fly has been replaced. There are some light stains, scuffs, small scratches, loose stitching, and frayed areas at the hem. The item has been cleaned and repaired and is currently in very good condition.
