It's long and loose, like a half coat.
The sleeve length has been shortened.
I think you can imagine what it means for them to be in balance.

The previous owner used it for hunting, etc.
I suspect it's a custom-made garment.

The pockets are asymmetrical in size.
I tried it on, and it turned out to be surprisingly good.

To shorten the sleeves
This might be the optimal solution for LARGE-LONG.
