OLD RED HIKING VEST

This is the first time we've acquired a hiking vest stenciled with "PROPERTY OF US. GOV."

While originally known as a backpack-attached vest for hikers, we believe this particular vest was likely worn by workers employed by government agencies such as the Forest Service.

The actual size is equivalent to a men's M.

Wearing it just right makes the backpack stand out and look cool.

The stencil is unusual, and the unmarked silver snap buttons add an accent, making this a versatile vest for various situations.
