I bought a hat from a local outdoor brand.
A blue-green color, like a mix of green and blue.
Because It's There was the first time an American had climbed Mount Everest.
This is a brand created by Jim Whittaker.
He was REI's first full-time employee.
I was one of the two.
After that, he left REI
I launched Because It's There.
It's a relatively unknown, short-lived outdoor brand.
The actual size is approximately 57.5cm in inner circumference. The shape is nice and the fit is good.
There is no label, but judging from the parts, I think it's made in the USA.
