I believe this T-shirt was distributed for free in the late 1990s as part of a Collect Call promotion.
It seems these were intended for university campuses and youth festivals, and the worn-out look from the owners is absolutely fantastic.
The portrait on the front is impactful, and if they were handing this out, I'd be impressed by their taste at the time.
