It's an all-cotton fabric with water-repellent treatment.

Unlike heavy-duty hunting jackets,
I believe it's positioned more as a work-oriented field jacket.

Nevertheless, I can hardly recall ever seeing
a blue two-tone like this before.

It has a unique design, a mix of a shirt and a jacket,
and the pocket shapes are also unusual.

There are slight faint stains on the folded areas from years of storage,
but I believe most of them can be removed with washing.
